IMPACT

CORE COMMUNITY

Every life changed creates a ripple effect — strengthening families, building stable futures, and creating healthier, more connected communities.

We Measure Change.

Core Community tracks accomplishments across practical and personal areas of life,

including basic needs, housing, transportation, medical care, employment, education,

finances, legal needs, physical health, relationships, emotional growth, spiritual growth,

motivation, child welfare, hope, and community connection.

Core Community measures impact not only by how many people attend, but by what

changes in their lives.

Is income increasing?

Is assistance decreasing? Are children more stable?

Are families building stronger relationships?

Are participants gaining transportation, housing, employment, education, hope, and support?

Those are the outcomes that matter — because those are the outcomes that change

futures.

Core Community Graduate

“Oh, my goodness, you have changed me and my kid’s life. This program (Core Community) has done so much for us. I’ve been clean and sober, got a good job, and my son is doing much better. Thank you so much! I don’t know where we would be without it!”

The numbers tell a powerful story.

From 2015 through August 2026, Core Community reported:

Community

Graduates

Increased annual

combined income

$6M+

Decreased welfare

assistance

$379

The report also shows that 79% of graduates stabilize, 64% increase income, and 21% move out of poverty.

Core Community’s impact is personal because poverty is personal. It touches homes,

schools, workplaces, churches, hospitals, courtrooms, and neighborhoods.

When one family stabilizes, the ripple effect reaches far beyond one household.

A Story of Transformation: Hear from Tami, a graduate of the Core Community program, as she shares how relationships, support, and community helped her create lasting change. Her story is a powerful reminder that when families are equipped and encouraged, stronger futures are possible.

YOU CAN LEAD THE CHANGE

Core Community invites you to Lead the Change — right in your community, with people you may already pass at the grocery store, sit beside at ballgames, or see around town. If you're interested in learning more or serving on an Advisory Committee, being a champion for the program, or volunteering, let us know.
